Two weeks into May there have been 36 single-family homes sold on the Montana Regional MLS. The median sold price is $557,950, with a median list price being $515,000. The highest sold price for single-family homes was $1,650,000, with a list price of $1,399,000. Today, there are 102 residential properties for sale in Missoula City, with 22 active properties listed below $500,000.
